4. Protection and Management of Personal Information

We appoint a person responsible for the management of the Personal Information we collect, and implement appropriate and strict management measures. In addition, we take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, destruction, or falsification of Personal Information and to ensure the secure management of such information. 5. Outsourcing of Handling of Personal Information

We may outsource all or part of the handling of Personal Information to external service providers to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
In such cases, we select service providers whose handling of Personal Information is deemed to be appropriate ("Service Providers"), and, through outsourcing agreements or other contracts entered into with such Service Providers, we stipulate necessary matters, including the management of Personal Information, confidentiality obligations, and the prohibition of further provision to third parties, in order to prevent leakage of Personal Information. We also require such Service Providers to implement appropriate measures for the management of Personal Information.

6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Except in cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations, we do not disclose Personal Information to any third parties other than Service Providers without the relevant individual's consent.

7. Requests for Disclosure, Etc.

If we receive a request, made in accordance with our prescribed procedures, from an individual who is the data subject or from an authorized representative, for disclosure or other actions with respect to the individual's Personal Information (including notification of the purpose of use, disclosure of Personal Information or records of provision to third parties, correction, addition, or deletion, and cessation of use or cessation of provision to third parties), we will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

We may jointly use Personal Information of our customers as set out below in order to respond to inquiries and for other related purposes.
